It has been a pleasure to become part of the OCM-community. Two weeks in Season53 Silenzio saw the light and started building a sprinting team.
The focus has been on older sprinters first and a captain in his prime, next to a set of youngsters with potential to take over in a couple of seasons. At current the experienced sprinting team is completed with the following names:
SPRINTER 29yo 209 (73-62-74) - Tijmen Van Lieshout
LOSP 33yo 193 (80-60-53) Kevin Kolman
LOSP 34yo 172 (81-47-44) Gunnþór Jacksson
LOSP 34yo 185 (83-67-35) Kelvin Bekooy XP Lvl 8
LOSP 27yo 174 (65-47-62) Artur Alexander
LOSP 33yo 181 (84-45-52) Lynn Bastian
LO2 32yo 176 (73-60-43)Barclay Hughley
As for the new train that will cost some time and money and also demand some new names coming in to substitute the less talented riders.
SPRINTER 23y 200+ Talent VG-G-S coming over from Alpine, still to train Teo Fonseca
SPRINTER 22y 190 + Talent G-G-S Marius Van leeuwen, still to train
LOSP 20y VG-S-S (current 171 (81-39-51)) Twan Fokkens about to finish training
LOSP 23y 153 (61-44-48) Torsten Damm unmaxed, but few potential as LO
LO1 21y 168 (47-74-47) Pieter Damen unmaxed, few potential as LO
WB (VG-FR) Lincoln Covenhoven still to train
Anyhow, the focus in S54 will be to race with the experienced team and to train/xp the young team and hire some staff.
About to leave the team when money is needed or do jobs while in the team
Nico-Jan van Kelf
Reinoud Couweleers
Philippe Delavignette
Result-wise we had a pretty good first season, made it into Div4 recently and even had some success with our sprinter Kevin Kolman, with a 2nd place in stage 2, 10th place in stage 3 and 4th place in stage 6 he secured the 3rd place in the sprinting classification of Fast on Wheels while in topform. During the season he made it into the money 13 times (3 wins in 7 results).
Tijmen Van Lieshout made it to the podium in one of his first races for the team in Rouen Le Havre Rouen.
As a team we celebrated 15 results, of which 5 wins, acquiring 571 points in the first two months. Of course, in the 4th division we will have some trouble to keep up this frequency, but with accidental results we will be more than happy!

My patience :) You are welcome!
You are rocketing the ranks. Great job!
Thanks!
Well as soon as the low div results do not count anymore Im sure I will relegate first but hopefully the boys will find their way up soon enough!
Great post. Well done so far and good luck next season! May you get out of Div 4 faster than I!
Job well done, a very nice team acquired after less than a season. Should be out of div 4 soon, especially if some of the youngsters show their promise. Good luck!
